Brilliant job from planning to finish. Mark was very patient when designing our new downstairs bathroom and took into consideration all of our requirements coming up with a great new look. I can only reiterate what other reviewers have said on Marks web page and would highly recommend him and his team.Mark & Julian refurbished two bathrooms to a high standard for us and we love the outcome.Having finalised the quote for the bathrooms a date was set and off we went.Throughout the whole process, Mark managed the project from start to finish and brought in all the sub contractors as and when needed making for a seamless experience.His easy going approach and project management skills were the standout point for me as we had nothing to do apart from chose the décor and finishes we wanted to incorporate.Would we use them again? Most definitely.In fact a few months later they came in to replace some radiators and flooring in our lounge which was again completed to a high standard. Defo recommend.

Mark totally transformed our bathroom from a bath and toilet to a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. He made an excellent job of everything including the tiling. He encountered problems with the floor, but he had the expertise to sort everything out for us without us having to contact other tradespeople for which we were very grateful. We were delighted with the finished bathroom. He removed all the waste when the job was finished. We were highly satisfied and would have no hesitation in contacting him again for future work. We would recommend him to others.

We found Supreme online, and after meeting Mark we went ahead with our bathroom remodel.Mark does a great job of talking you through the options and is open and honest about what will and won’t work.The pricing and timings for completion are realistic.We were away for the duration of the work and it was great to know that our property was in safe hands.The result is great, the suggestions from Mark mean we have loads more space as well.The quality of the work is really good and we would recommend them to anyone.Overall this was a great experience, which we haven’t always with work done by others in the past.

I wanted to update my en-suite and was recommended Mark and Supreme Plumbing & Heating by a friend.After the first meeting with Mark to discuss ideas I was confident that he and his team would do a great job, and I was not disappointed.The work started on time, and finished on time, and I am delighted with the end result.It was a 2 weeks job, tiling the walls and floor, replacing the shower, basin and toilet, and updating the electrics. Throughout those two weeks Mark and his team went out of their way to cause minimum disruption. Every care was taken to protect carpets throughout the house, and to leave everything tidy when the job was completed.I have no hesitation in recommending Mark, and will certainly be calling upon his services again for my next project.

After years and years of debating over a bathroom refurb, we found Supreme Plumbing & Heating in the little trades book that comes through the door. So, we did a bit of researching on the internet, then took the plunge and asked for a quote based on ideas in our heads. Mark came round to look at the job and knew instantly what we were after. He was quick to come back with a quote, which we accepted and the transformation started 4 weeks ago. From concept (4 months ago) to reality (last week), it has been a rollercoaster ride with unforeseen obstacles in the way, which have been dealt with in the most professional way possible. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and no matter how tiresome the problems we couldn't have envisaged, they carried on with a smile on their faces. Now we have our beautiful bathroom to show for it and for the first time in 15 and a half years our bathroom floor is level, does not squeak when you walk on it and is heated! Thank you so much to all the team you have done an amazing job and we will certainly be recommending you to any one who asks for recommendations.

Ours was only a small job, "leaking pipes" but due to us being in our seventies was difficult for us to rectify. I phoned a few plumbers , but unfortunately no one responded to my calls!! I phoned Supreme and they called me back early morning and popped straight in to have a look at the problem, fortunately he was able to fix the issues. Whether working solo or as a leader of a team required for the bigger projects, Mark has exceptional plumbing and organisational skills. Mark carried out a refurbishment of our wet room. Wow!! the transformation is fantastic. We’ve used Mark on several occasions now and have found the quality of his work to be excellent. He installed a new boiler and relocated it to a safer place after an extension. His work was extremely neat and the heating system is now better than ever.But the job we’re most pleased with is our wet room floor. We had problems with our shower wet room floor since it was installed (by a different company) several years ago. With constant drainage issues and leaking to the floor below. Iit had never been right.Mark agreed to investigate the issue for us. It turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected with rotting floorboards beneath the tiles etc. Mark and his team relocated the drain, mended the floorboards, installed a new tray etc and did an excellent job tiling the new floor. And he did all this without causing any more damage to the existing room than absolutely necessary. His work was neat throughout and he tidied up after himself every day. We’re very happy with the result.We would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for good quality work.
